Earlier, Minister of Defense and Logistics of the Armed Forces Brigadier General Amir Hatami hailed the launch of the first homemade satellite carrier called Zoljanah, saying that it was a breakthrough and proved Iran's scientific power.
By launching Zoljanah with the solid-fuel engine, the Iranian youth proved that they spare no effort to achieve science, knowledge, and technology to reach the peak of success, the defense minister said.
Iran, today, relies on its indigenous capacities in all scientific fields, he added.
