Serco gets $38 million missile radar contractReston, Va. (UPI) Jun 17, 2016 Serco has been awarded a $38 million U.S. Army contract to upgrade the High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse, or HEMP, protection portion of the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System radar, the company announced Friday.
