Raytheon building air and missile defense center for QatarTewksbury, Mass. (UPI) Dec 8, 2014 An air and missile defense operations center that will integrate U.S. and European defense and radar systems is to be designed and built for Qatar by Raytheon. The work, which carries a maximum value of $75.6 million, comes under an undefinitized contract action for a Foreign Military Sales contract.
